By far the best connection to anti-racism sites is Crosspoint. This site contains links to sites all over the world -- 2000 organizations in 112 countries. There are links to resources for indigenous people, gay and lesbian resources, links for people interested in disabilities, human rights refugees, women's issues and much, much more. You can select a country or an issue topic to begin your search from Crosspoint.

There are a number of really good sites that help people understand and celebrate diversity. One site I like is the University of Maryland site. It has a load of links to other sites and lots of interesting information. We are all ethnic, after all.
